Sampling

The excellent lamb and kid goat, roasted slowly in a wood-fired oven, seasoned with the traditional "breve" -a seasoning made with aromatic herbs marinated in vinegar-. For dessert, taste the most delicious and well-known liquor soaked cakes (Bizcocho Borracho), or the rich Alcarria honey, with Designation of Origin since 1992.

An excellent option would be to accompany these dishes with local wines such as the Mondéjar wines, with Designation of Origin (D.O.) since 1997, or to season your dishes with La Alcarria Olive Oil, with D.O. since 2006, the most recent product to achieve this status.
