Very near the Virgin of La Antigua Sanctuary, in the Dávalos Square, we find the National Public Library, housed in an old 16th century palace.
It has a harmonious Tuscan style façade, and a large courtyard of superimposed galleries with stone columns and capitals. Some of the rooms still retain their polychrome wood and together create a memorable set of Mudejar coffered ceilings.
Free entry.
